Casimir Tallqvist
Partner
Casimir Tallqvist works with clients across a range of industries, particularly supporting growth companies, mid-sized businesses and family-owned companies in recruiting leaders and key experts.
He has around six years of experience in executive search and has led assignments for middle management, executive team and board-level roles, primarily in Finland.
Prior to joining Pointer Search, Casimir served as CEO of an international executive search network. He has a long family business background and experience in board work.
Emin Ouni
Consultant
Emin has worked with Pointer Search since 2021. He also acts as Head of Research for Odgers.
With extensive experience in identifying and attracting top-tier middle management talent across various industries, Emin has successfully contributed to numerous placements that drive business success.
Known for meticulous research, deep market insights, and a commitment to excellence, Emin ensures that clients receive the best-fit candidates for their leadership needs.
Emin holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Helsinki
